We are enjoying a beautiful March.  It has been sunny and very warm (it was 86 yesterday), and I love it!  My Favorite Boy has played two baseball games and has his first tournament this weekend.  My Best Girl has her first softball game this weekend as well.

I turned 38 a little over a week ago. I used my birthday as an opportunity to cheat on my restrictive diet. I splurged on some stuffed crust pizza (I really miss pizza), and I devoured two Gigi's cupcakes. Miss Princess was my lunchtime dessert, and Strawberry Shortcake went with dinner. The kids chose cupcakes, but Dad didn't care for one.

My Best Girl asked what she could give me for my birthday. I told her I wanted her to obey all day long. She responded, "Mom! You are making this way too hard! Isn't there something I can get you at the store?" :)


She ended up using her creative powers to make this beautiful creation for me.


At the end of last week, the kids and Dad headed to Dads and Donuts.  They enjoyed some Krispy Kremes before school.

I'll update again soon.  For now, I'm off to enjoy the beautiful weather!
